Roxanne Henderson

Roxanne has worked for more than two decades in fundraising, communications and overall non-profit management. In the last 15 years she played a leadership role at two large international non-profits that focus on global health and women’s health and rights, including serving as the director of development and communications at IntraHealth International based in Chapel Hill. She is also experienced in strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and board governance. Early in her career she worked as a writer and editor in several organizations in New York City, including the Federal Reserve Bank. She earned a BA with honors from UNC-Chapel Hill.

Peter Laroche
President and CEO
Peter Laroche is President & CEO of Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of Forsyth County. Prior to coming to Forsyth County, he served as Executive Director of CCCS of western North Carolina. Peter has over 20 years of non-profit leadership experience, with particular emphasis in organizational and program development, grant making, evaluation, and strategic planning. With a B.S. in business/economics from Central Connecticut State University and a M.P.A (non-profit management concentration) from Western Carolina University, Peter serves as President of the Credit Counseling Agencies of NC, and on the boards of Community Reinvestment Association of N.C., NC Council on Economic Education and a past member of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling Board of Trustees. Peter also serves as a volunteer certified peer reviewer and team leader for the Council on Accreditation.
